Hello, I’m Dr. Seymour Weaver and I’m truly glad you’re here.

As a board-certified dermatologist with over 40 years of clinical experience and more than 150,000 patients cared for, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people achieve healthier skin, especially when it comes to hyperpigmentation, skin discoloration in Skin of Color, and Age-Related Skin Changes due to the environment, sun damage, and genetics.

Throughout my career, I observed a recurring challenge: many individuals, particularly African Americans and those with richly pigmented skin experience a greater impact from excess melanin triggered by inflammation or irritation. While melanin provides protection against sun damage, it also increases the risk of dark spots and uneven skin tone after skin trauma.

Individuals with fairer complexions and less melanin protection are especially prone to developing fine lines, deeper wrinkles, changes in skin texture, and brown spots and red spots that can take a toll on self-confidence and self-esteem as well.
